Can I get a sticker with a metallic color?
Metallic colors such as gold or silver are specific and cannot be obtained in digital printing. Printers use CMYK, also known as four-color process printing, to create shades from 4 colors: cyan, magenta, yellow and black.
CMYK does not give the brilliance of gold or silver.
There are, however, CMYK values that simulate gold and silver in printing.

Why do I see bubbles or bumps on my sticker?
The asperities you may sometimes see on your sticker are due to the lamination (laminating option) added to your sticker.
These bumps are particularly noticeable on darker colors, but disappear rapidly with temperature changes over the following 15 days.

Part of my sticker remains on the opaque film
Die-cut products without base should be applied using transfer film.
If some elements remain stuck to the opaque film when you open the product, you'll need to close it again to scrape off these parts, so that when you open the product, the elements are still present on the transfer film.
That's why we recommend that you scrape the entire adhesive before opening.

What does “laminating” mean?
The terms “lamination”, “laminating” and “protective film” are actually synonyms for the application of an additional film to a printed surface.
This finishing operation serves first and foremost to protect your digital print and extend its lifespan, on the one hand against UV rays and humidity, and on the other against any mechanical aggression that might scratch or stain it.
This lamination slightly matifies the colors and the finish remains satin-like.

What does “die-cut” and “kiss cut” mean?
We can cut your adhesive to the shape of your design.
In other words, we cut out the entire element so that you can apply it to your surface without a background.
This cutting is possible on a good-quality element (preferably vectorized) so that the elements are cut flush with the motif.
We can also cut your element in a simpler way, with a white outline - the so-called kiss-cut.

Is it possible to get an adhesive for a window that sticks from the inside?
It is possible to have your adhesive stick from the inside, visible from the outside.
There are two possibilities, depending on the motif to be printed or cut.
If your motif is of a single color, we can cut it from a solution-tinted vinyl that can be glued on the inside:

Can my personalization on frosted vinyl be printed?
You can personalize your frosted glass effect adhesive with lettering and patterns.
This personalization can be either printed or recessed.
This choice is made at the configuration stage.
Please note: for elements that are too thin or too small, it may not be possible to use a hollowed-out cut, so we'll offer you an alternative print.

What are the conditions for applying my adhesive?
Adhesive installation requires certain conditions for optimum results.
- The ambient temperature must be neither too low nor too high (between 10° and 30°max.), so that the adhesive can polymerize properly and adhere to your application surface.
- The installation surface must be completely smooth and flat.
- The installation surface must be cleaned beforehand with soapy, grease-free water.
- We advise you to use a squeegee for this purpose.
- For large adhesives, it is preferable to apply with slightly soapy water.

Is transparent vinyl translucent?
Printing on clear vinyl is not translucent: we systematically place a white backing under the printed color, making it opaque.
The role of the white backing is to opacify and support the color rendering.

How can I be sure that the chosen dimensions are proportional?
For rectangular stickers, the module directly adapts the dimensions as soon as you add the file, so it's important to check that this is the case.
For die-cut products, we adapt the dimensions to maintain the proportion of the motif so that it doesn't become distorted.
We then keep the smallest dimension to make sure it fits your project.
