I would like to make a complaint about my order

Complaints must be made by email via our after-sales service form.

Is it possible to have several delivery addresses?

You can't set up several delivery addresses for the same order. You'll need to create an order for each delivery point.

What payment options are available?

Payment for your orders is made directly via the site when you place your order, by credit card or Paypal. Bank transfer is also available for orders over €100.

Can I save my basket?

You can save your basket by clicking on “save my basket” at the bottom of the basket page. Your basket will remain saved on your account in the “my saved baskets” tab, so you can add it to your basket at any time.

Is it possible to reorder a previous order or even a single item?

It is possible to reorder a previous order. To do so, simply go to the “my orders” tab, select the order details and then select “reorder this order”.

Your entire order will then be added to your basket, and you'll be able to modify quantities and remove unwanted items.

Is it possible to cancel a paid order?

It is not possible to cancel an order for a customized product. Our production is automated according to your configuration, so we cannot cancel the manufacturing process.

When you make your purchase, you confirm your order.

Can I retrieve a file downloaded from one of my orders?

You can't retrieve the source file of your design, but you can click on “reorder this order” in the “my orders” tab to get the design back in the basket, and click on “modify this visual” if you wish to make any changes.

I'd like a quote to validate an order with the company

You can edit your own quotation by adding the desired products to the shopping cart. Just continue to the payment stage and select “free quotation”, so you can download your own quotation directly. If you then wish to validate the quotation, go to the “My orders” tab and click on “Pay my order”.

Where can I validate my discount or credit code?

If you have a discount or voucher code, enter and validate it in the discount code box under your shopping basket. When you validate it, your basket will be updated with the discount deducted from it.

Why is the status of my order “payment not valid”?

If the status of your order is noted as “payment not valid”, this means that the transaction has not been completed. You will then need to repeat your transaction by clicking on “pay my order”, making sure you remain connected to the site page until the transaction has been completed.

If the problem persists, it's possible that a parameter is blocking your payment step. You'll need to try connecting on another support or another browser.
