I've forgotten my password or I can't log in

If you've forgotten your password, simply click on the “forgotten password” tab after entering your e-mail address in the “login” box, and an automatic e-mail will be sent to you to reset it. Please check your spam folder if the e-mail is not received.

If the username is incorrect, you'll need to enter your e-mail address manually, as automatic entry often adds a space and results in an incorrect username.

I want to change my password

To change your password, go to the “ My profile ‘ tab and click on ’Change my password”.

I would like to change my delivery/billing address

To modify your delivery or billing address, please go to the “ Addresses ‘ tab, then click on ’modify this information” in the “delivery information” or “billing information” tab.

Changes can also be made at the “Delivery” stage of the order process.

What do I earn and how do I use it?

Each time you place an order, you accumulate 5% of the total amount of the product ordered.

This amount is credited directly to your kitty as soon as your order is shipped. It is available each time you place an order, at the payment stage.

What is the newsletter?

When you create your account, you become part of our MPA Group program, and we send you all our offers via our newsletters.

I want to delete my account, what should I do?

Once your account has been created, it can only be accessed using your password. However, if you wish to delete it, please send us an e-mail via the contact area, and your account will be permanently deleted.

I would like an invoice for my purchase

You can download your invoice directly from your account. Simply go to the “ My orders ‘ tab, select the order details and click on ’Download my invoice”.
